- This relaxation track is to be used for acute pain. Use this track when you want to relax for a brief time - the alpha state of relaxation is a natural state. I will count you out afterwards into full wakeful awareness - refreshed and positive.
- This relaxation is to be used for chronic pain. My voice guides you into a deep state of relaxation. Use this track before a period of rest or prior to sleep. This track will end with music - I do not count you back to the room, I leave you in relaxation to awaken when you are ready.
